大阪の短期滞在も終わりに近づき、なかなか食べログもアップ仕切れず。。。大阪食べロガーさんたちのおすすめのお店をチェックしつつもなにぶん土地勘働かず思うようにはしごできませんな。。。
深夜のバー、串カツ、最強のラーメン･･･うううそんなことを考えながらも、帰る時間はもうすぐ。
新幹線の時間調整は出来たとしても何線をどうやって乗っていくか、どうやってお店を食べ歩くか。。。海外では普通にひょいひょいと歩けるのに。持ち歩いているガジェットも同じなのに日本人なのに日本で生きるのは難しい。
残り時間を楽しむには知っている情報の中で新大阪に近いところ、そしていろいろ楽しめるコスパ万歳なところで楽しむしか無い。
そして思い出したのはこないだの可愛いローマ料理のマンマ。。。
あの水牛のおいしいチーズ、ピザを食べたい。。。
調べてみるとすぐ居る場所の近くに、こないだのお店の系列。。。というかなんかよくわかんないけど！あのピザが近くで食べれるのか！！
調べてみると数分、こちらのお店を発見いたしました。
おしゃれなのにコスパが最強。こちらもイタリアで修行されているお若いご主人が、ピザ職人として頑張られているようで。こちらでもおいしそうなピザをむしゃむしゃできそう！期待でかし！！^^)/よーーーーし！！ガツガツ食ったるぞ！！！
お店に入ったのは夕方。これから混みそうだけど、最初のお客様のようでした。
店内はおしゃれすぎて、びびるおるたな･･･。静かな店内･･･。ここで食べ放題という食べ放題をしていいんでしょうか･･･
おしゃれすぎる店内にびびりつつ、先日のチェルピーナ邸で出会った子猫ちゃんのシルエットを発見。
動物が好きなひとは悪い人は居ない。ﾋﾞｼｨｨｨ！！(・ω・)！！
お店の壁にある可愛い子猫ちゃんのステッカーをみつけてホッとしたのですぐに挙動不審から落ち着きを取り戻す。
早速コースを注文。ゆったりと腰掛けてオフィス街の宴会を盛り上げているこちらのお店を見渡す。
単なるフリーの食ライターみたいなおるたな、会社員とフリーランスの間のようなよくわからない人種になりつつありますが、今この店にいると自分は両方を味わえるだけいいのかもしれんとおもう。
さてさて。マルゲリータは最高。前菜いただきつつ水牛を2枚頼む。。。

普通のナポリ系のピッツェリアはなかなかどうして美味しいもののやみつきになると言うよりも少し食べれば満足してしまうのです。。。
こちらもローマ料理、トスカーナ料理。。。こんなに美味しいものがこの値段で食べれていいのでしょうか。
大阪の貨幣価値恐るべし。
石窯があるのでなんとも店内の空気がふんわりしていてあったかい。都会のピザ屋って寒いし高いんですがこちらは空気がまろやかでおいしい雰囲気がいい。
サラダの盛り合わせは安定したおいしさ。先日のお店でもそうでしたが、だいたい前菜のサラダ盛り合わせで小さいやつとか、「おお、サラダけちっているな・・・」みたいな悲しいサイズが出てくるお店は大幅残念な流れになることがおおく、こちらもお店はこれで前菜？？？と思う感じの気合いあるサラダが出てきます。
最初に入ってサラダで満足感でるって、すごくない？？？
主役はこれからなのに。
そして待つこと数分。石窯なのでピザ登場、早いですね。
いいですいいです、いい感じにふわふわ。
水牛とクワトロであっという間に私は満足してしまいました・・・・関東ではあんまり水牛食べれると来ないかも。あんまり深く考えてなかったけど、さっぱりめのピザが多いのかな。ざっくり意見ですけど、この2点、濃厚ピザが美味しい。バルサミコもそうですけど。生ハム、ピザ、パスタ、、、、ハーブも香りが濃厚に感じます。
おしゃれであたたかい雰囲気、ミシュランとかも大事ですけど、人間ってこういう雰囲気で大事にご飯をたべれるところを
求めているんじゃ無いかな・・・。
家に職人さん来てくれて石窯さんも出張してくれてさーどうぞってやってくれるならフリーランスに完全移行しよかな。。。
あまりのピザのうまさに、美味しいもんを突き詰めていって生活したり、美味しいピザ作りたいからイタリアいこうかなとか、なんか突破無いようで、実はシンプルな自然な考え方なのかなって思ってきた。
大事な人と、大事な仲間と美味しいピザをおさいふ気にしないでたくさん食べたいとき、、、記念日に、このお店をおすすめします。
