軽くスモークされたサーモンマリネは、ちょうど良い塩加減とマリネの酸味。
スモークした香りも良く、さっぱりと味わえます。
燻製オイルサーディン
しっとり柔らかく、骨感は皆無で燻製香が良いオイルサーディン。
イワシの濃厚な旨味が実に美味い！

次の料理ができるまで、オリーブで赤ワインを嗜む。

絶妙な火入れ加減でグリルしているので、香ばしく柔らかくねっとりとろける食感。
グリルしたアボカドをバルサミコソースで味わうと、
ソースの酸味とほど良い甘味がまた一段と美味しさを引き立てて、優しい味わい。

具材のきのこは、しめじ、エリンギ、エノキなど。

フォカッチャは、食べやすいように少しずつちぎって頂きます。
アヒージョの海老ときのこをフォカッチャにトッピングして味わうと・・・

水牛のマルゲリータ
ローマピザの生地は、サクッとしたクリスピー感。
チーズは、水牛のモッツァレラチーズを使用。
水牛のモッツァレラチーズは、モッツァレラチーズの最高級品。
濃厚でキレがあり、ミルクの甘い香りとジューシーさ。
それにトマトの酸味とバジルの香りが合わさると、至極の味わいになる。

生ハムサラダ
生ハムの塩加減にフレッシュな野菜の旨味。
風味の良いバルサミコ酢の酸味と甘味が、全体をバランス良くまとめている。

ほとばしるバジルの香りと、ぷりぷりのエビが絶妙にマッチしたクリームパスタ。
パスタは、もちもちの生パスタを使用。
もちろん、ちょうど良いアルデンテ。
ウマッウマ(゜д゜)メチャウマー!!
たっぷりのバジルが、クリーミーな濃厚ソースをさっぱりとさせてくれる。
今から思えば、少し残ったバルサミコ酢で味変してみても良かったなあ。
と、少し後悔している今日この頃でした…(^^;
まだまだ食べたい料理がい～っぱいあったのに、炭水化物が多かったからか、
もうお腹いっぱい…( ´З｀)＝3ゲップ
今回も何を食べても全部美味しく、しかもとてもリーズナブル。
