窯焼きピッツァが食べたくてネット検索。
「マーノ エマーノ中之島」さん
ここはフェスティバルホールのあるビルですな。
仕事では何度か来たことありますが、地下にこんな沢山の飲食店が入っているとはつゆ知らず。
しかもどこもかなりの大箱やねぇ〜
店内、半個室やらテーブル席。カウンターは現在使用不可なのだとか。
テーブル席はかなり間隔空いてるのは良いんだけど、その分スタッフさんを呼びにくい。
テーブルに呼び鈴あった方がええかもね〜

生地はモチモチで窯焼きながらの焦げも良い。
野菜がとても優しくて、ピザ食ってても罪悪感少なくてなんぼでも食える♫気持ちはね。

少しアルデンテな麺はええね♫太めでもっちりシコシコ♫
ソースは少し若者向きの濃いめの味付け。ええねんでぇ〜わたしゃ気持ち若いから♫

イチボの赤身のええところやね。レアで柔らかく肉の旨みをたっぷり味わえます♫
出来れば何かオリジナルのソースも欲しいもんだ。
野菜のもええねんけどね。
