電話の声から窺える仕事の丁寧さと美味しさ。
最初の甘えびから始まり締めの鮭を天ぷらにしたのと筋子の丼まで一品一品感動の嵐。
時期的に松茸があったので追加しました。
楽しみにしていた牡蠣の天ぷらは、もう想像の遥か上を行く美味しさ。
カリッとした衣の中のそれはジュンジュワーと濃厚でクリーミー。
牡蠣はもう天ぷらでしか食べられないんじゃないかと思うくらい。
なので、この牡蠣もおかわり。
熱々、ほくほく、ふわぁっふわぁっ、カラッと加減といい、お魚が多かったのも
わたし好みだし。
手に入りにくい勝駒飲めたのも嬉しかった。
書いてるそばからもう行きたい。
