フェスティバルタワーの社員食堂的役割が基本だが、関係者以外も利用できる。広くて座席数も多い。定食が多数あるが麺類も数種類用意されているコーナーがある。
12階にあり眺望も良いので、穴場としてのぞいてみるのもありではと思います。
