スイーツWest百名店のこちらで何かテイクアウトしようと訪問しました。
店内は美味しそうなスイーツで一杯です。
焼き菓子が日保ちもするのでテイクアウトしました。
フロランタン
フロランタンは通常はアーモンドスライスで作
ルキャラメルクッキー。それを粒アーモンド、ヘーゼルナッツピスタチオ、胡桃などゴロゴロ混ぜ、ナッツの味を全面に出した個性派フロランタン。
マドレーヌ
奇をてらわずオーソドックスに焼き上げたマドレーヌ。発酵バター、地鶏、フランス産小麦粉を使用しているので、風味は上品で豊かな仕上がり。
ケーク・ダルザス
スパイスを効かせたパターケーキの中にドライフルーツ（イチジク・ブラム・アプリコット・クランベリー・レーズン）とナッツ（ビスタチオ・ヘーゼルナッツ・松の実）をたっぷり入った個性派ケーキ。
エンガディーナ
ホロホロと口の中で崩れていくクッキー生地の中に、フランス産の胡桃たっぷりのキャラメルを閉じ込めた、スイス・エンガディン地方のお菓子。
どれもしっかりとした美味しい味の焼き菓子でした。
