実は長くInstagramをフォローしてました、さぼてん食堂さん。
限定カレーにそそられて初訪問♪
ランチタイムをだいぶ過ぎていましたので、待ちなしで入れました。
ご店主の柔らかい雰囲気が、このお店全体の雰囲気になっていて素敵です。
10分も経たず到着の牛挟みカツ和出汁カレーチーズフォンデュソースかけ。(こうして文字にすると長い！笑)
頂いてみると、確かに和！それでいて、スパイスカレー信者の私も唸るスパイス使い。(偉そうに申し訳ありません)
そして牛挟みカツの香ばしさと、纏うチーズフォンデュソースの濃厚さ。
全てが調和していて、どこにも違和感がない。というか、相乗効果も何乗までいきますのん？と思ってしまうほどの、最後の一口まで満足な奥行き。
あー、センスと経験に裏打ちされた素晴らしい一皿に出会ってしまった。
どちらも持ち合わせた一皿、これってなかなかに出会えないんですよね。
本当に美味しかったです。
今度は土曜夜の限定カレー、絶対伺います。
