平日のランチで利用しました。
地下鉄「北浜駅」から徒歩約4分、エルギャラン平野町1階にある寿司屋です。
清潔で明るい店内は総席数11席の小型店舗。
つけ場に2名*、ホールに1名のフォーメーションで切り盛りしていました。

今回オーダーしたのはランチの「寿司8貫 赤出汁付 1000円」。
