量は少～並み。
つけ汁は辛味が程よく、小さな鴨肉の切れっぱしとお葱 |ω・`）チラ
“蕎麦湯”ならぬ“うどん湯”が供されます。
つけ汁と合わせますが、ほぼお湯で薄めた感じ・・(´・ω・｀)
