この日は古巣近くのまだ行ってなかったこちらへ
昼休み、平日の2時過ぎに訪問
2年前ぐらいは常に外待ちがあったような印象です
注文したのは
春キャベツと鶏のつけ汁うどん
自家製粉粗挽きうどん 110円増し
〆1,300円
自家製うどんの麺はザラザラ食感でもちもち感や伸びはそれほどなく、蕎麦を食べているような感覚でした。
つけ汁はキャベツの甘味も有り、この麺とよく合っていてつみれのような鶏肉も良かったです。
出汁だけ飲むと濃い目の味で美味しかったです。
