以前姉妹店である、心斎橋店にも行った事があったのですが
とても美味しかったので、今度はこちらへ
期待通り、やっぱり美味しい
気取りがなくて、庶民的なお店で(←良い意味で)
コスパもよく
だから、若い人たちにも指示されているのだと思いますが
この日もほぼ満席でした

ローストポークは
柔らかく焼かれ、大きめでボリューム満点でしたね
ここのピザ
天然酵母が使われていて
外はパリッ、中はふんわり
そして仄かな甘み
本当に美味しい
多分イタリアで食べるピザより美味しい(なんちゃって)
生ハムもたっぷりでちょうど良い塩加減
バルサミコとの相性も
そしてパスタ
これもめちゃくちゃオススメ
モチモチ生パスタは
やや平打ち麺なので、ミートソースがよく絡み
牛スジもたっぷりで、いい仕事してる
さすが
安くて美味いは当たり前の大阪
ここはまさにその言葉通り
すっかりファンになりました
