ミシュラン一つ星のお店。
どのお皿も特別に複雑な料理ではなくて、素材の味を活かす方向に寄ってる印象(そういう意味では少し面白みはないかも。)。
給仕さんもフレンドリーで説明も丁寧なので、食を楽しめました。
◯琵琶マス
マスの旨味がめちゃくちゃ濃い。
彩りも華やかで映える一皿。
◯帆立
帆立の旨味は然ることながら、アスパラガスの味の濃いこと。
島根の松本さん?のアスパラらしいです。
◯鴨肉
あえてスライスせずにブロックでローストすることで、肉の風味、旨味が際立たせている、と。
全く臭みなく、とても食べやすい。
