北浜で一人晩飯にこちらの店へ。
カウンターに座ってメニューを繁々と見て決めたのは、玉子とじのそば。この日はビールなし。
玉子とじだけってちょっと珍しい感じなんだけど、その玉子が絶妙に調理されてる。
黄身と白身の混ざり具合、火の入れ具合が実に良くて、上品でホッとする蕎麦になってる。蕎麦つゆも主張し過ぎずとても良い。
蕎麦前も結構あって、落ち着くし、飲みにも使えそう。
