長男の25才のお誕生日祝いのため、久しぶりに家族4人で集まる事になり、ランチをお願いしていたのですが、予約時間に全員揃わず、30分近く遅れてお食事をスタートする事になってしまいました。店内は満席で本当に申し訳ありませんでしたが、快く対応して頂けて感謝しています。フロア中央の4人がけテーブルへ案内されました。シンプルですが質の良い空間でとても居心地がよく、照明もカウンター席も素敵です。私達家族以外は全員、素敵な大人の女性のグループのお客様でした。4500円のランチコースをお願いしていましたが、当日説明されたメインのお肉がジビエだったので、プラスして和牛に変更しました。ジビエはまだまだ好みが分かれますし、初めてのお店でいきなりジビエは、私にとってはハードルが高く、前日までの要予約のコースでしたので、あらかじめ知りたかったです。
お料理はどれも素晴らしく、多くのさまざまな食材を使用していて複雑な凝ったお味ですが、とにかくバランスが絶妙で本当に美味しかったです。デザートにお誕生日のメッセージプレートもご用意頂き、さりげなく、全員でお写真お撮りしましょうか？とお声がけ頂いて本当に楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。ありがとうございました。また是非訪れたいお店です。
