イタリア料理 アッラゴッチャ

薬剤師に誘われ、淀屋橋でランチ。
オフィス街なので－おそらく昔に比べると住んでる人が増えてるので、増えてるとは思うが－人通りは少ない。開いてる店というか、そもそも店もそんなにないが、多くの店は閉まっている。
住所で調べて行ってみたら手ごろなお値段のカレー屋さん。いやいや、イタリアンだと言ってたから、これじゃないなと右手を見ると同じ建物に別の入り口がある。ドアを開けると２階に続く階段が現れ、２階のドアを開けると中はほぼ満席である。
すごいね。みんなどこで聞いてくるんだろう。
いただいたのはシェフおすすめランチコース。基本は4500円なのだが、メインがほろほろ鳥で、それを大阪産和牛に変更したら+1200円となった。
「皆様同じメインにしていただくようお願いしております。」
とのこと。
最初は前菜。カジキマグロかめばちまぐろかどっちか忘れたけれど、それをヨーグルトであえてると私は思い、薬剤師は温泉玉子だと思っていた。
「カリフラワーをミキサーにかけてます」
センスだけでなく、味覚もない。恥ずかしい限りである。もういらんこと言わん。旨い。
次は魚料理。これは、キンメダイと兵庫・相生の牡蠣。これも旨い。
「日本で一番、相生の牡蠣が旨いと思ってます。」
とのこと。一番かどうかは分からないが、私も旨いと思うし、この牡蠣はこれまで食べた相生産の牡蠣よりも格段に旨い。あの、緑色のところがいっぱい。
次はパスタ。猪肉のラグーのタリアテッレ。共食いである。ちょっと猪らしいワイルドな味。
最後に大阪産の和牛を使ったステーキ。
「うちは赤身メインです」
と仰るとおり、しっかりどっしりとした赤身のステーキ。これは、いや、これも旨い。もうね、肉汁とか脂とかじゃなくて、肉そのものが旨い。旨みがぎっちょり詰まっている。
デザートはメレンゲカップに各種柑橘が盛り合わされたもの。
「はっさく、デコポン、レモン・・・すべて因島産です。」
産地をきっちりしっかり説明できるのも自信の現れやね。食後のコーヒーまで旨いわ。（2023.2.23）
