あご、赤身であっさりしてるが噛みごたえ。ギアラは軟骨チックなコリコリ感。味付けも3種違っており色々な食べ方を楽しめる。
里の曙（黒糖焼酎)ソーダ割¥300
これ、旨いねぇ。レ○トほど黒糖黒糖してなくてあっさりスッキリしてるんだよね
ココロ刺し…新鮮。薬味無しの塩が肉の旨味を感じられてベスト。ポン酢もワサビ生姜もいいが、やっぱ塩だな。
バラポン酢…アルミホイルの器がいいねぇ。牛バラは正義。
立ち飲みなので小一時間で退散
