朝ごはんのつもりで10:00過ぎごろ訪問

気になっていたのはチャンポン
でも改めてメニューを拝見してちょっと心が揺れる
しかし何とか持ち直して注文
店内は蕎麦屋さんのような和の落ち着いた感じ
野菜は程よい火入れ加減
シャキっとしている
啜ると言うよりは食べるチャンポンです
醤油ベースのちょこっと餡が利いたあっさり味で魚介や豚骨とは違い和の要素が感じられる
麺はストレートの中細ぐらいで黄そぼよりは若干硬め
でもラーメンの麺とも少し違うような気がしました
具材の食感とプリっとした麺を楽しめるチャンポンでした
