フォローさせて頂いている方の投稿が気になり保存。
お店の口コミを見ても、なかなかリピート率が高く、
さらに期待大で、ランチを頂きました。
平日12:09⌚ほぼ満席でカウンター中央席に滑り込み。お昼は現金払いのみです。男性に人気で十数名。時間によりけりと思いますが、女性の倍以上いらっしゃいます。
目当てのミルフィーユカツは今週、明太チーズ✨
豚に巻かれる中身が週替り（ほぼ日替りに近いそう）で、過去には梅シソやポテサラ、アスパラ、うずら、コーン等があったよう。
10分足らずで配膳されましたが今回のミルカツは鶏卵Ｓぐらいの大きさあり！細かいパン粉でカラッと揚げられ、程良い空気の層でサクッと良い音。しゃぶしゃぶ用でしょうか、肉質柔らかし。断面は肉汁とチーズが溶け合い輝いています。そこに明太のピリ辛が追い打ち。ソースなしでもご飯が進む✨ご飯おかわりOKです◎
カウンター両隣のメンズはロース（ソース）、ヒレ（卵ポンズ）、2巡目のメンズもロース（卵ポンズ）、ヒレ（卵ポンズ）…もち豚も美味しそうでしたが皆さん食べるのがお早い。ロース（ソース）だと、ヒマラヤ岩塩などお塩も付いてくるみたいで気になります。
退店時間12:32。外は並んでいました。大満足です！！
納得のランチリピート率。ごちそうさまでした！
