暖かな天候に誘われ職場から北西へ10分ウォーキング。
12時前に到着したのにほぼ満席、かなりの人気店のようです。
こちらは薬膳鍋 豚しゃぶ専門店 しゃぶしゃぶ坂下の系列店舗。
ともに徒歩圏にあるというのは豚肉好きにはありがたい。
1,250円オーバーの「お昼の鍋」メニューを除くと950円均一。

■週替わりミルフィーユカツ
■豚肉と白菜のミルフィーユせいろ蒸し
私はせいろ蒸しをオーダー。
これが美味かった('ω')ノ
まずその美しさに目を奪われ、しばし鑑賞した。
当然のことながら豚肉と白菜を交互に挟んである。
薬味は無し、ポン酢のみ。
実にシンプルで潔いメニューなのだ。
せいろ蒸しにしたことで余計な脂は落ちている。
当然ヘルシー、
白菜はしゃきしゃき感を残している。
混然一体となり箸が止まらない美味さ。
これを鍋に移せばその瞬間ミルフィーユ鍋になるよね。
いつかは自宅でやってみたいと思いつつ実現していない鍋。
最初そのボリュームに少々引いたが、結局ペロッと完食。
美味かった。
