Chinese cabbage and pork mille-feuille
I'm having a medical checkup next week, so I thought I'd have a healthy lunch this week, so I stopped by here for the first time in a while. Sandwiching pork with Chinese cabbage and dipping into ponzu sauce is a combination that I, a ponzu lover, can't resist. However, that alone wasn't enough, so I added a piece of fillet cutlet. Being able to add this for 150 yen is so easy and convenient. I held off on having a second helping of rice and enjoyed the meal.

ポン酢で食べたくなりこちらに今年初めての訪問。
迷わずミルフィーユ蒸しを注文、ヒレカツの追加
も忘れずに。10分程で配膳されました。
蓋を開けると湯煙が上がります。
早速に実食です。熱々の白菜と豚バラ肉は慌てて
食べると火傷しそうなくらい熱いです。
ポン酢によく浸して慎重に口に運びます。
うーん、やっぱりポン酢で食べるとあっさりして
いくらでも食べれそうです。ゴマだれだとこうは
いかないでしょう。
白菜がたっぷりで身体にも良さげです。
たまにヒレカツも口直しでいただきます。
ヒレカツを口直しは変ですが、あっさりが続く中
たまにガツンとした感じが堪りません。
ご飯を半分くらいお代わりしてフィニッシュに
向かいます。白菜と豚バラ肉をポン酢につけた後、ご飯にバウンドさせご飯にもポン酢をちょっとかけます。最後はご飯をかき込むようにして終了です。
お店を出る頃には待ち客が5、6人いました。
