I made a reservation because I wanted to try the lemon hotpot. I was also curious about the fact that there was also Medicinal Food called Takkanmari. . The dashi soup was very delicious and had a calming taste (^ω^) If you simmer the lemon for a long time, the soup will become bitter, so take it out halfway through the cooking process. I scooped it up, saying it was a waste to have so much in it. I ordered it as a course, but after the sashimi, steamed Chinese cabbage and pork mille-feuille came out, which was a bit unexpected.
