出先で遅めの夕食時間、久々の淀屋橋、時間が押してスタートが出遅れたため、焦りながら偵察開始。ほとんど閉店時間が過ぎてるからね。
結果、動けば甲斐あり、普通に満足できるお店に巡り会えた。
オーダーは、先ず生ビール。ラストオーダーも迫っているため、メニューと睨めっこしていくつか選択。鶏出汁のおでん、響きからして旨そうだ。
続けてメニューを見ると、肉どうふもメッチャ旨そうだ、でキープ。
先ず大根とたまごに、エリンギが供されていただけば、想定より濃い出汁で炊かれたおでん、お酒のアテにはもってこい。
続いてトマト、これはトマトが生だから、割と中和してイイ感じ。
ここで芋焼酎のお湯割りを追加したら、小さなボトルと水筒が供され、水筒の柄がピンクレディって涙モノ。
肉豆腐は、想定よりも濃いです。もっと鶏出汁が前面に出て関西味になるとイイけど、ちょっぴり残念賞。それでも黙々といただけば、あっという間に完食。
