北浜に昼はラーメン・つけ麺、夜はもつ鍋屋の『中も津屋 北浜店』さんに行ってきました(^^)
オープン時間に行って奥にあるカウンター(6席)に座りました。
らーめんもありましたが、オーダーしたのは『つけ麺』。塩もありましたが今日は醤油にします♪
鶏ガラ魚介のスープはさらりとしていて、麺との絡みはそんなによくはないかな。これならドボンと麺をつけて食べても大丈夫ですね。
オリジナリティな部分はあまり感じなかったけど、結構好きなタイプのマタオマ系スープ。
ミネヤ食品工業さんのエッジの効いた平打ちっぽい太めの全粒粉麺で、コシが強くてなかなか旨かった(^∇^)
バラチャーシューは見た目の印象通りやわらかくて味付けも程よく美味しかった(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
カウンターにあった高菜は辛くなく酸味が強めやねね。ご飯と一緒に食べましたがもうちょい辛みが欲しいところですね。
専門店ではないですが、ちゃんとスープ割もありましたよ～٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و
こちらも美味しかったので結構飲んでしまいました(^o^;)ごちそうさまでした。
