I went to ``Nakamotsuya'' Kitahama branch. As you might guess from the trade name, ``Nakamotsuya'' has its main store in Nakatsu (address: Toyosaki, Kita-ku, Osaka). Currently, there are 5 restaurant in Osaka city, and the Kitahama store is the third store. I have been to the Tenjinbashi store in the past. I looked at the menu, thinking, ``If I remember correctly, there was something called ``Suji Negi-don'' (700 yen), but I couldn't find it. When I asked the staff, they said they were out of stock, so I tried the Umadare Hormone Bowl (850 yen). Boom! This is “Umami Sauce Hormone Bowl”. A large serving of rice is free, but I don't need it now. ^^ The ingredients are several kinds of Japanese black beef offal, bean sprouts namul, stir-fried mustard greens, kimchi, green onions, and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
