北浜駅から徒歩1、2分のところにある
店頭のビニールシートをくぐると4人用のテーブルがあった
石油ストーブがつけてあり暖かい
ここでもいいなあと思いつつ、とりあえずドアを開けて入ってみる
13時過ぎの訪問
ほぼ満席
運良く一席空いていたので座らせていただけた
先客はほぼ常連か
コートをハンガーにかけようと席を立つと
「今うかがいますね。少しお待ちください」と声をかけてくれた
ランチは2種類のみ
10食限定パスタが
真鯛とズッキーニのクリームパスタで美味しそう
オーダーしようと聞いてみると残念ながら売り切れ
限定パスタを注文したかったら早めに訪問しないとダメみたい
そんなわけで、日替わりランチをお願いし、私はスープを選択、パスタの量は普通で
無料で中盛り、大盛りを選ぶこともできるようだ

すぐにスープが運ばれてきた
小ぶりのカップにいっぱいに入っている
トロトロに煮込まれたシェル型のパスタや、セロリなど野菜の刻んだもの、レンズ豆が入ったトマトベースのもの
まろやかなお味で美味しい
冷えた体が温まった
食べ終わったタイミングでパスタ登場
ジャガイモとベーコンのバター風味
バターの芳醇な香りがふわっと立ち昇る
パスタは細い麺で硬めに茹であがっている
皮付きのジャガイモはホクホクとした食感
厚切りベーコンの塩味、旨味とバターが加わって満足感有り
夜メニューを見てみると、ほとんどが1000円以内とリーズナブル
ランチが美味しかったから夜も訪問してみたくなる
シェフも給仕の方も、
「いらっしゃませ」
「ありがとうございました」
「またお越しくださいませ」と、
元気な声で挨拶してくれて小気味良い
こういうおもてなしの気持ちが常連客の心を掴んでいるのだろうなあと思った
