コンラッド大阪のテイクアウトショップのクリスマスケーキです☆
星という意味を持つクリスマスケーキ「Stella(ステラ）」は、関西の食材｢大阪ハニー｣や、｢弓削牧場｣の牛乳を使用しサステナブルを意識したケーキです。
濃厚なピスタチオムースとチーズケーキムースがとろけるようです。
食べすすめると、いちごの上品な甘さやベリージュレの酸味も美味しいです。
