11月某日(日)お昼に訪店。
フェスティバルプラザで使用可能な1,000円券があったので1,000円以上で探した結果、こちらへ。
輸入食品店であれこれ買うのもいいかなとも思ったが、お昼だったので。
当然ですが、この手のビルに入るチェーン店に味の期待はせず。
店に入るとお好きな席へどうぞ、とのこと。
中ほどの4人席に座ったが、4人座ると狭いでしょう。そんな小さなテーブルにはメニューが広げられていて、「牛テキ＆粗挽きハンバーグデミグラス コンビランチ\1,290」を指さして注文。（税を気にしていたが結果、税込）
にしても「まともなお店」であれば、メニューをまとめるとか引き上げるとかするが、全く無いので自分で他方へ寄せる。とても狭いテーブルなのでなおさら。価格帯としてはサイ○リヤと比較にならないのですから、何とかするのが普通だと思ってしまう。
セルフで14時までコーヒー飲み放題とのことで、まずコーヒーマシーンで1杯入れて飲む。これは結構好みな味でコンビニより美味しい。
箸、ナイフ、ホーク、お手拭きが一緒くたに入れ物に入っているがペーパーナプキンは無し。
料理は時間が掛かり恐らく十数分で到着。2019/4までの口コミでは皿に載ってますが、鉄板でした。冷めにくいのは良かったです。
・まずお味噌汁。
玉ねぎ等具をちゃんと煮ているのでどこの店でも出てくる出汁入り味噌汁よりは良い味。
・ごはん
甘さもあるごはんでした。
・野菜
肉の下に炒めた玉ねぎとキャベツが少し。野菜不足な肉々しいプレートだ。
・ポテト
宣伝写真にあるナチュラルカットではなくレギュラーカット。ポテトの見た目通りでかすかにポテトの味がする。塩は殆ど掛かってない。
・粗挽きハンバーグデミグラス
さほど濃くないデミソース。ハンバーグをひと口、端が何か少し硬い。よく解らないけど、冷凍して固くなる感じなのかも。ハンバーグの風味等印象に残ってるものは殆どなし。
・牛テキ
ひと切れ、タレにつけてみて食べるとあっさりした味。肉にしてもタレにしても。到着時何の説明もされなかったが、タレは掛ければいいのか、と思い鉄板に全部掛ける。
写真より火は入っているミディアムレアだが、やはりあっさり。肉の旨味、えぐ味、力強さは何も感じない、肉と言われれば肉かな、という、まるで、草食系男子を食らうよう。その分、タレはもう少しトロみがあって絡む方が良い気がした。
その時、誰かに「あなたは何故、肉を食べるのですか？」と訊かれれば、「目の前に、肉があるからです。」と答えるでしょう。それ以上の答えを求めてはいけない。
・漬物
とにかく赤いのでスルー。
会社のメニューは変えられないとは思いますが、店長さんがいらっしゃるならもう一度お店のサービスというのを考え直して頂ければ、より良くなるのではと思います。
