けいんのすけです！
本日は靱公園エリアにある鶏屋『白羽鳥』さんをご紹介します。
最近はもっぱら焼肉よりも焼鳥派！
月1開催の関西焼鳥倶楽部の1軒目で利用させていただきました！
カウンターと半個室的なお座敷が２部屋だけの小さなお店
このエリアはこじんまりとした良いお店が多い雰囲気です。
店主の若い男性とスタッフの女性は皆さんサービスもよく
心地よく過ごさせていただきました。
こちらの焼鳥は串から外して皿盛りで出てくるタイプです！
何人かで行くときはそのままシェアできるからいいですよね。
串をシェアしようとすると都度串から抜かなあかんもんね。
また焼鳥以外の1品料理も充実、名物は熊本地鶏の天草大王。
＜FOOD＞
◎朝引き鶏のお造り盛り合わせ
朝に処理したばかりの新鮮な鶏肉は生の旨味が凝縮されて最高な１品
もも、むね、ささみ…どれも絶品。
◎肉汁鶏つくね
名物のハンバーグ大のつくねは。濃厚な卵ダレをかけて美味しさ倍増
肉汁たっぷりながらあっさり食べられて嬉しい！
◎親子丼
名物の「熊本地鶏 天草大王」のモモ肉を使った親子丼は〆にぴったり
出汁がよく効いており堪りません。
◎黒ごまミルクプリン
焼き鳥屋にはデザートとして、プリンが置いてある率が非常に高い
もちろんプリングラマーですので頂戴させていただきました。
瓶入りなので映えはしませんが、黒ごま風味で後味すっきりGOOD…
＜まとめ＞
靱公園エリアは未開拓なのですが、歩いているだけでも良さ気な店が多い
またランチにでも繰り出そうかな…、良いお店に出逢えました。
ちなみに関西焼鳥倶楽部、この後は肥後橋駅近くの焼鳥屋に移動しました。
