鶏屋 白羽鳥（とりやしらはどり）さんにお邪魔してきました‼️
何度も言うてるけど焼鳥大好きいいいい
ってことでやって来たのが肥後橋の白羽鳥さん♂️
ここは串ではなく皿盛りの炙り焼き鳥のお店なんやて
珍しいけどこういうスタイルも良きやね
有名なブランドの天草大王を使っててこだわりも感じる⭐️
ブランド鶏の美味しさがめちゃくちゃわかる焼き具合
炙り焼きにすることで皮目がパリパリのパリよ
ももとむねのどちらも楽しめるしどっちも美味しい‼️
そして新鮮だからこそ食べられる鶏のお造りにたたき‼️
日本酒や焼酎と合わせて楽しんだら極楽に行けちゃうかも
鶏を使った一品料理も豊富なんで焼鳥好きの人も絶対満足できる
今度は鍋コースも食べてみたいなあ
