天草大王って知ってます？？
熊本で天草大王という国内最大級の鶏が飼育されていました。しかし産卵率の低い大型種であった事や卵肉兼用の輸入種の普及などにより昭和の初期頃に絶滅してしまいます。
その後10年後かけて幻の地鶏「天草大王」の復元をしました。
白羽鳥さんは、大阪でも数少ない天草大王を堪能することができるお店なんです！
今回は天草大王のもも・むねの食べ比べやたたき、ぼんじりなどを堪能してきました。
肉質は硬すぎず柔らかすぎず、絶妙な歯ごたえとジューシーさがあって、満足感がたかく、一度食べたら病みつきになってしまうぐらい美味しかったです！！
たたきもこの天草大王の旨さをしっかりと感じられとてもよかったです
つくねやグラタンなどその他の料理も美味しかったです。
ここの焼鳥は串に刺さないスタイルが特徴で、肉１つ１つを丁寧に焼き上げたいって思いがあるそう！
他にもお造りの朝引き鶏は但馬鶏を使い、お野菜も季節の旬に合わせたものを使っています。
お酒類も種類豊富に揃っており、日本酒や焼酎は常時12種類ほどあります。
その中でしっかり料理とのペアリングをたのしめるようになっています。
また日本酒は一本空くごとに違う種類のものを入れるので、ラインナップはその日のお楽しみに
店主のこだわりを幻の地鶏『天草大王』と共に楽しんでもらえると思います！！
