今回は淀屋橋付近の丼池筋で3件並ぶ楽家さんのお店の内、右端の「肉の楽家」さんをお肉が食べたくなり、ランチで訪問。
写真には取り忘れましたが、外看板に今日の日替りが書かれてます。今日はカルビビビンバランチ（サラダ、スープ付）で1,000円とあり、それで行こうと店内へ。この日は少し遅いランチで平日13:10頃という事で、待ち無しで2名でも4名用の個室へ通していただけました。店員さんにオーダーを伝えます。ご飯大盛りは無料ですが、眠くなるので普通盛りで。と、しばらくしてランチが提供されました。
では、いただきます！ビビンバの味は別にタレのボトルが提供されますので、好みに応じて調整できます。カルビの薄いものの、結構な大きさで食べ応えもあり美味しい！また隠れていますが、カルビの下には牛肉のしぐれ煮があって、これもウマウマ！もやし・ほうれん草・ぜんまいのナムル、白菜キムチとバランスも良く美味しいビビンバでした。わかめスープもまろやかな味付けでさっぱり。
全体的なバランスが良い美味しいビビンバランチをいただけました。ご飯の量も普通でしたが、結構な量で十二分にお腹いっぱいになりました。楽屋さんは外さないなぁと思いつつ、次は真ん中のはなれさんも訪れようと思いました。
