久々に新規開拓た思い、こちらに訪問。
とん平焼きを大盛りで頼みました。
先にコンソメスープが提供され、飲みながら
とん平焼きの出来上がりを待ちます。
コンソメスープはさほど熱くなく、味もパンチが
やや足りないので胡椒が欲しかったですね。
そのうち、とん平焼きが配膳されました。
一口大に切り分けられたとん平を口にすると
サクッとした食感が？どうやら天かすが入っている
ようです。濃厚な辛めのお好み焼きソースがたっぷりかけられたとん平を食べているとやたらに水が
欲しくなりました。
とん平自体の豚肉は良さげなお肉でしたので出来ればソースをもっと控えめにしていただいた方が良かったかもです。ソースの味だけが舌に残ったお昼
でした。
