Urban Sushi bar along the river
I found it on my way to a French cuisine Restaurants and went in on my way home. There seems to be a terrace along Tosabori. Movies are shown on a cement wall using a projector. While we were there, it was ``The Terminal'' and ``Get Out.'' The interior and flower decorations are urbane, reminiscent of a bar in New York. It seemed like 4-5 young women were in charge of the hall, counter, and drinks. Sushi comes in both Japanese-style nigiri and American-style roll styles, and the toppings are a fusion of Japanese and Western styles, from sea bream seasoned with kelp to avocado. We have a wide range of alcohol, but the number of each item is small. I ordered squid salt and lime, sea bream with konbujime, and grilled scallop roll, as well as sake and Aichi Hoishizumi. The toppings were delicious, but I had the impression that the nigiri had too much shari and was too hard. The sushi Sushi was delicious❣️ If you want to spend a stylish adult night and watch a movie, this is the bar for you! ️ Thank you for the meal m(_ _)m

本日は仕事関係の方と伺いました。
直前まで予約できて、日曜の夜なのに結構空いてました。
雨でしたが、深い屋根付きのテラス席も何組か利用されてました。
お客様も欧米の方が数組、他も上品な方々です。
今夜の壁面映画はアダムス・ファミリー。
YASO-JINをロックでいただきます。
越後薬草蒸留所で作られる香り高いジン。少し甘みがあって、ロックにしても風味が飛びません。
2軒目なのでフードは控えめに、まぐろとアボカドのユッケ、サーモンイクラロール2切れ、キャタピラロール2切れをシェアします。
ユッケは綺麗な配色❣️
オーロラソース的なものが添えられており、アボカドも新鮮で美味❗️
サーモンイクラロールは普通に美味しい。
キャタピラロールはウナギとアボカド、クリームチーズ。クリームチーズがしっかりと利いていてウナギのたれと絡んでいかにもアメリカン。
YASO-JINの爽やかな香気がフードによく適います(o^^o)
川沿いの夜の灯を眺めながらNYのバーにいるような雰囲気の中、スシをつまみジンを楽しむ…ちょっとオサレな雨の土佐堀でした(^^)
