今日のお昼ご飯は北浜駅直結Plaza北浜２階に在るこちらのお店。
『おかか北浜』さん。
削り立て鰹節のお店。
出汁というより鰹節推しのお店です。
『だし巻きおかかおにぎり定食』を注文。
大きくしっかりだの効いただし巻きとおかかたっぷりの2種類のおにぎり。
茶碗蒸し、小鉢、香の物、お味噌汁付き。
しかもおにぎりはおかわり可能。
これで８５０円。
お出汁も付いてくるので好みでおにぎりに出汁をかけて頂くのも可。
テーブルには薄く削られた香り豊かな鰹節も。
いただきます。
しっかりめに握られたおにぎり。
中からも鰹節。
テーブルの鰹節追加で鰹節まみれ握りに。
昔ながらの酸っぱい梅干しが美味しい。
最近たまごの価格が高騰してるのにこんなに大きなだし巻き。有難い。
具の無い茶碗蒸しも滑らか食感で出汁が効いてる。
お味噌汁旨い。
ＬＩＮＥ友達追加で頂いたマカロニサラダ。
これはおかかは関係ないな。
おにぎり追加でお腹いっぱい。
追加のおにぎりはおかかまみれ１種類だったけど言えば２種類頼めたのかな？
猛烈に優しい美味しさでした。
普段家では食べないしっかりしたおかか。思う存分堪能。
