今日の平日ランチはこちらのお店を訪問。
同僚が最近人間ドッグを受けた結果血圧が異常に上がっていた事にショックを受け暫く健康食主体で行きたいとの事。
どれぐらいの数値かと聞けば全盛期の私の数値より低い。(^◇^;) かく言う私も血圧降下剤のお世話になってなかったら今頃三途の川を渡っていたかも知れない。
命あってのものだねですからねえ。
そんな訳で今日はこちらのお店で命を救っていただきそうなランチをいただく事にしました。場所は高麗橋にある北浜プラザ2階。いつの間にこんなオサレなビルが出来ていたのか全然知らなかった。かつてこの辺りにあった三越を彷彿させます。
お店の前には上品な椅子が並べられており、その椅子に3組ほど待ち客が。お客さんも何となく三越に来られているお客さんの様に感じてしまう。（笑）
然程待つ事なく店内に案内されます。
店内も何かしら高級デパートのレストラン街にあるお店と言った感じ。
テーブルに座ると木箱の様な入れ物があり、開けてみると中にたっぷりと鰹節が。こちらのお店は鰹節の提供を売りにされている様です。と言うか店名がズバリ鰹節ですわな。（笑）
ランチの種類は全部で13種類。
どれを選ぶか迷ってしまいますが、もうオーダーするものは決めています。こちら、
一汁彩菜 1,100円
以前別の店でも同じ様なものをいただきましたが、色んなお惣菜を楽しめるランチとなっています。
同僚は鶏の塩麹焼きと出汁巻き定食900円をオーダー。
暫くしてから一汁彩菜が登場。
いやぁ、見事！
お惣菜の宝石箱ですな。
「どないしたん、えらい健康食やん」と同僚。
いや、今日の流れからしたらアンタがこれを注文せなあかんのと違うん？（笑）
お惣菜は全部で8種類。
店員さんが一つ一つを説明いただきましたが、見事に馬耳東風。（笑）すみませんが説明は割愛させていただきますので写真を参照頂ければ幸甚です。（笑）
お惣菜以外にはご飯、味噌汁、お漬物。
ご飯はお代わり自由。
さっそく鰹節をご飯の上に載せておかかご飯で行きます。
醤油を若干垂らして見事に美味しそうなおかかご飯の出来上がり！
何気に地味に凄く嬉しい。（笑）
8種類のお惣菜の中から、さあーってどれから行きますか。この目移りする瞬間がまた楽しいんですよねえ。
やっぱりどうしても4番バッターらしきものに目がいってしまう。マグロの漬けかな？これからいただきます。
うわぁ、おかかご飯との相性抜群。
もう最高ですわ。
まさかおかかご飯でここまで感動するとは。（笑）
その後は残り7種類のお惣菜を交互に。
鰹節を追加で乗せて果てしなく大満足でいただきました。
お店の紹介によると0.01ミリの鰹節との事。
なるほど、通りで繊細な食感だった訳だ。
鰹節の概念が変わりましたね。
スーパーに0.01ミリの鰹節があるか要チェックですわ。（笑）
それはそうとして…
一汁彩菜
これ何と読むんでしょうか？
会計の時に「すみません、私はヒトサラなんとか」と言うと店員さんに吹かれてしまいました。（笑）
「はい、分かります。（笑）」との事。
結局何て読むかは教えて頂けませんでしたが。（笑）
