いろんな店で伝助穴子食べてきたけど別格！
身が分厚くてふわふわで柔らかい。
脂がしっかりあり旨味が溢れ出る。
処理もしっかりしており骨は一切感じない。
また天つゆが甘めで
一瞬甘すぎるかなと思うも
後キレがよく最後素材の味で終わるので
素材を生かした天つゆです( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!
これがほんまの伝助穴子くんかぁ〜と
余韻に浸りながらお店を後にしました笑
次は熟成能登豚絶対食べる！！！
