I'm here again, uncle. LOL An attractive old man and Japanese sake. On this day, a reservation for a group (more than 10 people) had been made before we entered the store, and we were lucky to be able to leave at just the right time! I had the impression that it was a small shop, but I thought it would be perfectly acceptable to use it for a drinking party. On this day as well, today's uncle (today's sake) was made by Ishikawa Fukko, which I thought was wonderful. This was my first time trying pork shabu-shabu, and it was excellent! I'll come back later~
