味、量、価格が凄すぎるビストロ店
こちらにお邪魔したのは10年前 誕生日に同僚が予約してくれてからずっと通っています。
料理はもちろんのこと
ワイン、チーズ、コーヒーも専門店に負けない味わい。
そして、シェフが1人で切り盛りされているのに
同じタイミングで料理が出てきます。
2.3人ではなくグループでも同じタイミングです。
6名でお邪魔した時、それぞれ頼んだ料理を
一緒のタイミングで出してくださるので
誰一人料理を待つことなくスマートに食事がすすみます。
なので冬でも汗をかきながら
調理、配膳をされています。
接客サービスを求める方は不向かな。
気の知れた仲間や友人、パートナーなど
BGMがなくても平気だったり、
喋りたおせる人と行くのがおすすめです。

◇本日の魚料理 白身魚と茄子のムニエルは
濃厚すぎないソースが白身の繊細な味を邪魔せず
茄子にも染みて美味し過ぎる。
あと一枚は確か
◇さんまのローストだったような、、
忘れてすみません
◇デザート
甘いものより発酵系チーズが好きな方はチーズを
ぜひ頼んでみて下さい。ワインが止まりません(^^)

ちなみにフレンチお節もおすすめです。
最近頼めてなかったので作られるようなら予約しようと思います。
