まさか天満にこんな店があるとは…おみそれしました。安いしうまいし、最高でした。30年以上前からやってる店らしく、古い感じは否めませんが、1万未満でこの料理食べられたら全く文句は言えません。前菜とメインとデザートを1品ずつ選ぶスタイル。かなりのボリュームです。
前菜盛り合わせの魚類も全然臭みなく良い鮮度でした。鴨のテリーヌやキッシュもとても美味しい。毎回これで良いかなーって感じですね。
メインはうさぎとフォワグラ。肉厚に切られており、食べ応えもあって特に焼き目の付け方が素晴らしく、とても香ばしい…素晴らしい。
イサキのポワレ、イカスミの焼きリゾットも頂きましたが、イサキの皮目とリゾットがカリッカリでとても美味しかったです！まさに焼きの天才。
鳥もも肉と蟹の組み合わせはかなり独特でしたが、これも美味しかったです。蟹の存在感はやや微妙なところでしたが…笑笑
デザートも美味しく、ワインも安うま揃いで気兼ねなく楽しめました。ごちそうさまでした。またいきたいお店です。
