日曜日の14:00に天神橋筋六丁目の『カンティプール』へ。
「ハーフ＆ハーフカレーセット(1,100円)」をオーダー。
カレーは「チキンカレー」と「日替りカレー」をチョイス。
この日の「日替りカレー」は「エビ・マッシュルーム バタートマトソースカレー」か「アーモンドチキンマイルドカレー」だったので前者を。
ライスかナンかを聞かれたのでナンをチョイス。
8分後到着。
「チキンカレー」を一口。美味い。
シンプルながらもスパイシーで、日本人好みの味わい。
独特なスパイス使いがネパール風。
チキンもホロホロで軟骨まで柔らかい。
「エビ・マッシュルーム バタートマトソースカレー」を一口。美味い。
トマト感もありバターのクリーミー感もあります。
エビの香りとマッシュルームの食感が◎。
これは美味いな。
ナンは薄めながらふっくらと膨らんでいて、軽い食感です。
恐らく日本人の味覚に合わせた感じで作ってくれてるような気がしますが、本場のネパール感も残る本格的なカレーです。
数年振りに来ましたが、やはり人気店で美味しかったです。
