天神橋筋六丁目駅より徒歩5〜7分の場所にある韓国料理屋さん 玉一。
奥行きがあって100席近く用意されているにも関わらず、ほとんど満席になるほど人気の韓国料理店。
牛肉の焼肉メニューも用意されていますが、やはり名物はサムギョプサルや、キムパといった韓国料理になります。
今回は人気メニューの豚の三段バラセットと、石焼ビビンパを注文。お店のかたが最後まで焼いてくれるサムギョプサルは、こんがりと焦げ目がついた時が食べ頃。チシャ菜に豚バラ肉を乗せてニンニクやキムチ、コチュジャンなどをたっぷりトッピングすると、豚バラ肉の脂の甘味や、コチュジャンのピリッとした辛味、ニンニクの風味など、様々な味を同時に楽しめて美味でした！
