金曜日の13:00に天満の『玉一』へ。
久しぶりの訪問です。10年以上ぶりかも。
昔はよくここで飲み会をしたものです。
「純豆腐チゲの定食(750円)」をオーダー。
間もなくおかず到着。
野菜中心のおかずが4種類。
どれも美味い。
10分後「純豆腐チゲ」到着。
一口。美味い。
しっかり辛くて具材の良い出汁が出てます。
豆腐と食べ豚肉とアサリ、玉ねぎ、ネギ、えのき。
そこへ生卵が1個入っていて、グツグツ煮えたぎった鍋で崩すと良い感じに固まります。
さっぱりしてますが出汁の旨味が効いているので、ゴクゴク飲めてしまいます。
本格的な韓国料理だけど、日本人が大好きな味付け。
店内には有名人のサインが飾られてます。
色褪せているのでかなり古いものも。
昔から愛されていたのが分かります。
昔の雰囲気も残りながら、料理もサービスも今の時代に合わせた進化を遂げている気がします。
