大阪の梅田と天神橋筋の中間にある中崎町駅が最寄り駅で梅田駅からも徒歩8分のところにあるお好み焼き百名店のひろかずやを18:30に予約して訪問しました。奥の厨房にもフロア担当の女性もたくさんいます。団体用２階席もあるようです。
それほど間口が広くない外観ですが入店すると大きなコの字カウンターはほぼ満席で女性ふたり連れが多く、それ以降はすぐに予約で満席になり後客は断られていました。1996年創業の人気店ですね。
そのコの字カウンターも独特でステンレスの幅20cmくらいの溝？川？がテーブルの奥に配置されてありお好み焼きなどの焼き物はすべてそのホットプレートの上に置かれます。焼鳥の秋吉はこちらを参考にしたのでしょうか？
オーダーは豚玉980円と生ビール中550円です。次を予定しているのでモダン焼きにはしません。すぐにジョッキまでキンキンの生中が提供されゴクゴクいただきます。旨いです。
すぐに飲み干してしまったのでメニューにある角ハイボール450円濃い目無料をいただき、豚玉の焼き上がりを待ちます。しっかりと濃い目です。
バックオーダーもあり約20分でしっかり焼きで細かめの鰹節もたくさんかかっていて好感度が増す旨そうな豚玉が提供されました。流石プロの職人の匠の技です。
いつものように箸を一切使わずヘラでいただきます。サラリーマンでもヘラだけで食べてる人は少なく、女性グーループ客は全員箸で食べているので地元でなく出張族や観光客なのでしょうかね。
２層になったお好み焼きが珍しいですがハイレベルにしっかり焼かれて旨いです。その旨味をハイボールで流し込みリセットして再び１切れをカットしていただきます。キャベツの甘みはそれほどでもありませんが焼きレベルの高い旨い豚玉と濃い目のハイボールで一気に美味しくいただきご馳走様でした。
翌朝５時まで営業とはいつか〆の豚玉をやってみたいものです。
