残暑が続く大阪！
『夏季限定！冷製パスタ 限定６食』の文字が気になっていたオステリア・ミラ（Mira）さんに初訪問します。
ステリア・ミラさんの住所は大阪市北区天神橋2-3-26 ドゥマンＵＭＥＤＡ Ｂ１Ｆ、大阪メトロ 『南森町』JR東西線『大阪天満宮』駅より徒歩３分の距離になります。
お店に１２時過ぎに到着。
国道側から天神橋筋商店街の天２側に入ったなりのコロッケの中村屋さんのテイクアウトのお店が並んでいる処にオステリア・ミラさんがあります。今日の目当てはこの夏季限定の冷製パスタ！冬期限定はドリアになります。
お店入口のアルコール消毒液で両手をしっかり除菌して、店員さんの写真撮影の許可を頂き大きなテーブル席に座ります。
数量限定の冷製パスタはまだ提供できるとの事で

通常のパスタの大盛りは無料ですが、冷製パスタ大盛りは＋１００円になります。
半地下の店内は雰囲気があり大型スクリーンがあってスポーツ観戦にもよさそうです。
卓上の味変はオリーブ油があります。
しばし待って前菜が着丼。
バケットとパスタが着丼。
料理に影はいるの嫌なんですが、照明の関係でごめんなさい。
冷製パスタ用のお皿は冷蔵庫でしっかり冷やされて、冷製スープの関係で限定６食のように思います。
夏野菜のトマト、オクラ、バジルの彩りが美しい！

まずは前菜から！
この日の前菜はカボチャの冷製スープ、サラダ、オムレツ、鶏とパプリカのマリネ。
どれも美味しいですがカボチャの冷製スープが好みです。
冷製パスタは、極細で濃厚なスープをまとい旨いです。
具材は拘りの野菜のトマト、オクラ、枝豆、バジル！
トマトの酸味と野菜の歯応え、濃厚スープで旨いです！
バケットはスープにひたして頂くと旨々です！
味変は卓上のオリープオイルを２回し！
香りがプラスされて更に旨いです。
最後まで美味しく完食です。
美味しくお腹も満たされてお会計を済ませ店員さん達にお礼の挨拶をしてオステリア・ミラさんを後にしました。
