おっさんが毎度のごとく、酒を飲みましたよ。今回お邪魔をしたのは、扇町の近辺なんですよね。少しいつもと違う場所。

この扇町近辺にありました「たちばな」という名前の居酒屋さんに行きました。こちらは、焼き鳥がメインのお店だったと思います。
なかなかにおしゃれな雰囲気のある綺麗な店舗でね。こちらで宴会をしました。会社の同僚と飲んだんですけどね。
料理は確かコースを頼んでいたと思います。地鶏の炭火で炙ったものに柚子胡椒をつけてパクリと食う。いやー酒のつまみになるわ。
それ以外にもハツを食べたり、身の方を食べたり、ねぎまを食べたりと、色々な種類の焼き鳥をいただきました。
どれもなかなかに美味しく焼かれてましてね。技術の高さを感じる焼き加減でした。使われている材料もいいんでしょう。
噛めば噛むほどに味わいがある・・・というような感じのなかなかに美味しい焼き鳥。これをアテに、日本酒などもグビグビといただきました。
結構、飲み食いをしたような気がしますね。最後には締めにリゾット的なもんも頂いたような気がしますな。飲みすぎたので記憶あいまい。
お店の雰囲気といい、料理の出来栄えといい、大変クオリティが高い居酒屋さんだと思います。予約をしてでも、覗いてみる価値はあるんではないでしょうか。
