随分前になるが、西天満のミュージックバーD45に行く前に真ん前にあるこのお店に寄って食べたビーフシチューがえらく美味しかった。その時は時間が無くて頼めなかった名物のブイヤベース。今回も同じシチュエーションながら予約して念願のブイヤベースを頂いた。
割と濃い甘めの味付け、貝(ムール貝、アサリ)がゴロゴロ、デカいエビと白身魚で魚介出汁がしっかり。スープはパンに付けて味わい、最後はリゾットで完食。
前菜の鰹と、お肉のパテ、お薦めの鴨炙りも美味しく頂きました。ご馳走様でした!
お店の雰囲気や接客もよく満足できるお店です。
ランチも魅力的なメニューが色々あるみたいでまた来たいです。
