全国の焼肉屋食べ歩きのなかで利用しました。
食べログが発表している焼肉百名店にも選出されているということで、期待をもって利用しましたが、焼肉を追い求めるというよりは、お店のコンセプトなどが優れていて評価されている印象を持ちました。
コの字型のカウンターをスタンディング利用する形で、肉も量を少なくして価格を押さえるスタイル。一人焼肉の場合でも好きな部位をたくさん頼むことができるのは食べ歩きしている立場からすると非常にありがたいシステムです。
反面、肉がすごーーーく美味しいかというと、好みが分かれるところ。
私はお金を払ってでも美味い肉が食べたい！というタイプのため、肉自体には少し不満が残ります。
お通しででてくるキャベツの味付けや、キムチの味付けは非常に良く好印象でしたが、タレは好みが分かれると思います。たっぷり系だったのは良かったですが、非常に味が濃いためこれもお酒を楽しむための味付けなのだなと理解しました。
場所がら飲む前に軽く肉食べながら酒のんだり、飲んだ後にシメとして利用できたりと、焼肉という料理をツールと考え、お店のコンセプトがねられているのだと思います。
ということで、ガツっと肉を喰いまくるぞという方よりも、焼肉をつつきながら飲んだりすることを主目的に置いている人にハマるお店だと思いました。
