「上海食苑」がアレだったので、寄ってみたのが同じ並びにあるこのお店。
どうせ失敗するなら新規開拓でも・・・、という思いは良い意味で裏切られる。
店内はそこそこ綺麗にしているが、少々雑然としている。
前のお客さんが残したモノも片付けられてないし・・・。
まあ、マスター１人でやってるので仕方がないかな。
そのマスターはシステムエンジニアっぽい感じがするが、オタク臭は全く感じない。小奇麗な紳士。
内装は安っぽい印象が拭えない。ワインセラーがHaierなのも泣ける。
グラスワインは天満では高めの６００円。
ハッキリしない特徴のない平凡な味にガッカリするが、後で何故このワインがチョイスされているのか納得する事になる。
オーダーしたのは、好きなモノが選べれるチーズ５種盛り。
チョイスしたのはマンチェゴ、シャウルス、ブレスブルー、マンステール、セルシュールシェール。
それとピクルスとオリーブ、ペペロンチーノ。
注文してからすぐにピクルスとオリーブが出てきた。
カリフラワーのピクルスがなかなか美味しい！
オリーブもマティーニの上に載ってるような小さいヤツでなく、スーパーボールぐらいある肉厚のモノで美味しい！
そしてチーズの５種盛り。
盛付けが綺麗でビックリ！マスター１人で流行ってるお店だったからガサツな感じで出てくるかなぁ～
と勝手に思っていたわ。すみません。
で、味の方は・・・・
チーズ自体の管理がラテールとか比べて、もうちょっと頑張って欲しいが、価格からすると充分納得！
そしてこのチーズとグラスワインがピッタリ合う！
マスターは、チーズの美味しさを上手に引き出すワインを選んでいたのか！
最後はペペロンチーノ。
これが予想外にウマイ！モチモチした生パスタの食感も良いし、味付けも下手なイタリアンよりずっと美味しい！
結構良いお店だなぁ。
