中崎町駅の人気パティスリー。
かなりの人気店で待ち時間も長いです。
店員さんは二人いますがレジ一個で対応してるからかな。
「フラン・パリジャン」594円
パイ生地が土台のタイプのもの。
基本的に常温保存のものです。
アパレイユは、かなり柔らかめのもので甘さががつんときました。
これは好みによるのか、一度冷蔵庫にいれるのが吉だったか。
他にパウンドケーキなど焼き菓子も購入しました。
全体的に甘さが強めな作りなのかな。
PayPay支払いに対応していました。
