場所は、天六から天神橋筋商店街に入らず大通を挟んで逆方向に歩くと右手に在ります

玉ねぎは高級ブランドの淡路島産使用
トマトソースは国産人参、セロリ、玉ねぎをじっくり炒め全て手作り
クリームソースはサラッとした中にコクが在り当店の１番人気
ボロネーゼは国産牛、合挽に拘り国産野菜使用、添加物は一切使用してません

ペプシコーラって１０年以上ぶりやけど飲めば昔を思い出します

パスタは注文してから茹でるので少し時間が掛かります

トマトソースのアサリ
缶詰のトマトを使わずにフレッシュな野菜を活かしたトマトソースに粉チーズとバター
たっぷりの野菜を味わうソースに仕上がってます
今までトマトソースなら必ずタバスコを掛けてたけど野菜を味わいたくて入れずにいただきました

サービスパンは分厚くカットして熱々にたっぷりバターがしゅんでます

パスタは、細目でソースと絡んでウマウマ(^.^)

アサリも美味しいです

バターがしゅんだバケットをちぎって皿を磨くようにソースを載せて食べたら最高のご馳走です(^.^)
